|Description|

Qeruse Q1600 is a kind of tire trimming Agent. The product forms even and thin film onto the trimming cutter, eficiently improve the lubricity of trimming blades, consequently avoid trimming damage to the tire surface, enhance production efficiency. Q1600 shows good lubricating and wetting performance, improves surface brightness of tires. The product has antistatic effect, and positively prevents trimmed rubber chips adhering onto the trimming device.

Qeruse Q1600 can be sprayed onto the tire, finishing cutting before drying.

The dosage should be tested if use automatic spraying equipment.

Recommended storage temperature: 2 - 45 °C

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 12 months from date of production. Avoid freezing.
