|Description|

• The product forms a thin, flexible film on the surface of milled sheets.The film has good release properties and prevents the formation of dust. lt can effectively protect the working environment from dust during the subsequent processing.

• The product has low ash content and is easy to disperse in the subsequent processing. The product only forms slight, soft-deposits on the equipment and these are easily removed.The product has anti-corrosive properties.

|Use|

The dispersion should be produced by vigorous stirring with water for at least 30 minutes. Warm water facilitates the dispersion process. The dispersion is largely stable and does not form sediment. Slight separation, which may occur, can be recuperated by gentle stirring.There is no troublesome foam formation.

|Dosage|

For regular compounds based on diene rubbers: 2.0-3.0% dispersion in water, for masticated NR or soft butyl compounds: 3.0-4.0% dispersion in water.

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 12 months from the date of production.

Runlse PRA is not classified as dangerous good for transport according to transport regulations. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
