• Composition: aqueous emulsion of reactive silicone polymer and special surfactants

|Description|

The reactive silicone polymer forms a thin film on the mold surface that prevents rubber vulcanizates from sticking to molds and, hence, facilitates the release from them. lt gives a release effect for several demoldings.

|Use|

Maruit MRL7700 can be used directly or diluted with water. The optimum degree of dilution strongly depends on the particular conditions (type of mold, curing temperature, curing time as well as tack of the compound). MRL7700 is a semi-permanent release agent and does not have to be applied at every cycle. lt has to be tested for every application separately.

Recommended storage temperature: 2-45 °C.

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 6 months from date of production. Avoid freezing.

Maruit MRL7700 is not classified as dangerous for transport according to transport regulations. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
