|Description|
Aucde MN2400 is sprayed onto the outer surface of the green tire. The product has an low tendency to mold fouling resulting in high curing cycle numbers without mold cleaning. lt allows a strong adhesion in the splice regions. Therefore, it does not affect the rubber-to-rubber adhesion in the splice regions. The product is very efficient in air bleeding and mold flow properties, which effectively reduces tire defects. The product can be used directly by spraying. Short drying time and low consumption makes MN2400 very economical to use. The color of the sprayed layer is lighter after drying. lt does not affect the color codes on the tires and is easily identifiable.
|Use|
Aucde MN2400 is sprayed with air-atomizing guns onto the surface of the green tire. Slow stirring before use is advantageous. In the case of a long production pause or shift interval, the spray gun should be flushed after use to prevent the spray nozzle from clogging by the dry film of the paint.
Product containers or drums should be sealed immediately after use.

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 6 months from date of production. Avoid freezing.

Aucde MN2400 is not classified as dangerous for transport according to transport regulations. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
