Compound release agent used to prevent the adhesion of uncured rubber and milled sheets after batch-off.

• Composition: combination of inorganic fillers, calcium stearate and surface active substances

• Appearance: grayish powder

|Description|

• The product forms a thin, flexible film on the surface of milled sheets .The film has good release properties and prevents the formation of dust during subsequent processing steps.

• The product only forms slight, soft deposits on the equipment and these are easily removed. The product has anti-corrosive properties.

|Use|

The dispersion should be produced by vigorous stirring with water for at least 30 minutes. Warm water facilitates the dispersion process. The dispersion is largely stable and does not form sediment. There is no troublesome foam formation.

|Dosage|

For standard compounds based on diene rubbers: 3.0-4.0 % dispersion in water.

For masticated NR or soft butyl compounds: 4.0-4.5 % dispersion in water.

|Storage stability|

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 12 months from the date of production.

Runlse PRC is not classified as dangerous for transport according to transport regulations, Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
