|Description|

Caplan MP1200 can be directly applied on the inner wall of the green tire. The product is applied directly to the inner side of the green tire and is ready to vulcanize after drying. lt omits the use of the bladder coating agent, increases the output of the single machine and increases the number of vulcanization times per machine. MP1200 has active ingredients that can be transferred to the surface of the bladder and form a cross-linked protective film. The film has high tendency of high temperature lubrication, repeatedly stripping, reducing air pocket and pocket and improve the efficiency and wear-resisting characteristics. The bladder can be protected and the life of the bladder can be prolonged.

|Use|

The product can be directly applied to the inside of green tire with special gloves, which saves time and improves productivity.

Shaking before use is necessary.

|Dosage|

Use special gloves to brush the product to the inside of green tire, normally each 12 pieces of tire brush the product on one piece of tire is OK. The dosage should be tested if use automatic spraying equipment.

Recommended storage temperature: 2-45°C

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 6 months from date of production. Avoid freezing.

Caplan MP1200 is not classified as dangerous for transport according to transport regulations. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
