|Description|

Caplan BH6600 is an excellent bladder coating agent. The special constituent can forms a release film, which can protect bladder, provides an excellent slippage and release effect between green tire and bladder. The active content is higher than other product, and its special composition can effectively adapt to the high frequency curing characteristics of PCR.

|Use|

The product can either be applied by a spraying process with air atomizing systems or by brush and sponge. Shaking before use is necessary. The product is applied onto the clean, dry bladders.

|Dosage|

Normally spray every8 hours. Frequency of application can be increased as thebladder's service life approaches.

|Storage stability|

Recommended storage temperature: 2-45℃.

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 10 months from date of production. Avoid freezing.

Caplan BH6600 is not classified as dangerous for transport according to transport regulations. Proper use of this product will not cause any harm.
