|Description|

Omeis DK2012 is a water-based, semi-permanent bladder coating that does not contain any inflammable solvents, and it provides a lubricating barrier between the tire and the bladder. It is applied regularly according to tire type and plant size. The product has a high percentage of active ingredients and creates few residues in the side mold. The product forms a film quickly. Its unique composition improves film-forming adhesion and provides the bladder with greater resistance to mechanical external forces.

|Use|

The product can either be applied by air-atomizing guns or by brush and sponge. Shaking before use is necessary. The bladder should be cleaned prior to applying the product.

Spray every 12 hours. Frequency ofapplication can be increased as the bladder's service life approaches.

Recommended storage temperature: 2-45℃

In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions 6 months from date of production.Avoid freezing.
